Deputies Arrest Suspect for Vehicle Theft

INCIDENT: Possession of Stolen Property
LOCATION: 5th St west of Central Ave
SUSPECT(S): Todd Cartwright, 39, resident of Upland, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: Deputies from the Highland Station responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The suspect, Cartwright, was contacted, detained, and arrested for possession of the stolen vehicle. During the investigation deputies found stolen ID's, credit cards, a wallet, and other items taken from several vehicle burglaries in the City of Redlands the day before. Cartwright was booked at Central Detention Center for possession of the stolen vehicle and is being held on $50,000 bail.
