The 3100 Block of San Pablo Avenue is now open in both directions following collision 
The Berkeley Police Department was called to the 3100 block of San Pablo Avenue at 11:52pm last night for a collision involving an automobile and a pedestrian. The matter is under investigation as a hit and run. The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Traffic has been closed in both the northbound and southbound directions for most of the night. The roadway is now open.
