Fire Dept confirms smoke seen/smelled in western Malibu is from Thomas Fire. No fires in Malibu. 
Following numerous calls from residents, the LA County Fire Dept has confirmed that smoke seen and smelled in western Malibu is coming from the Thomas Fire in Ventura County. The Fire Dept confirmed there are no fires in Malibu.
