This is follow-up information, in reference to an incident which occurred on 9/22, at the Columbus Club. In that incident a subject resisted arrest while being taken into custody for a St. Clair County warrant. The subject had to be taken to a local hospital for medical issues, and was released prior to being charged. Recently while detained at the St. Clair County Jail the suspect, Jeremy R. Busch, age 29 of Belleville was issued a charge of Resisting a Peace Officer.
