Detective Sergeants Greg Tongring, Patrick Martin along with Detective Lieutenant Tim Torchia and Police Officer Kevin Donohoe Also assisting was the Monmouth County Sheriffs K-9 Unit
ACCUSED: Rashan Bragg, age 37 Male of Bradley Beach, NJ
Robert Williams, age 35 Male of Neptune City, NJ
Delynne Coddington, age 24 Female of Bradley Beach, NJ
Tyson Burrus age 38 Male of Ocean, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 12-6-2017 at approximately 10:00 AM, members of the Township of Ocean Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Aldrin Road following a narcotics investigation. During the execution of that search warrant, detectives located various types of drugs and drug paraphernalia and arrested Rashan Bragg, Robert Williams, Delynne Coddington and Tyson Burrus.
Each was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burrus also had active warrant out of Ocean Township. Bragg, Coddington and Burrus were transported to the county jail pending their initial court appearance. Williams was released on a summons.
