Missing Mt. Kisco Resident-James Hickman 
James Hickman is a 74-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen at the Broadway Diner in Yonkers, Westchester County, at 11:00 PM on Wednesday, December 6. James was driving a 2002 black Audi A4 with New York registration BHK-8651. Information received indicated that he was travelling on I-95 in an unknown direction in the village of Larchmont, Westchester County at approximately 1:00 AM on December 7.
