CHP assumed the investigation and cleared the area for traffic. There were no injuries report.
Traffic Alert: Northbound Humboldt at 3rd Av is closed due to a traffic collision investigation. Expect delays in the area and on the off ramps of US Highway 101. There will be an update to follow.
