The Monroe Township Police Department, in conjunction with the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office and the Crime Stoppers of Middlesex, is asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of a vehicle that fatally struck an Elizabeth man on November 30th at approximately 4:50 am.
