South Brunswick Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a local dry cleaners Monday night. At 6:15pm police responded to the Metro Cleaners on Georges Road in Dayton for a reported robbery. An employee advised Officers a light skinned male entered the store with a knife and demanded money from the register. The employee complied and the suspect then fled from the area on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION – 1 light skinned male, approximately 6’ in height, wearing a black hoodie, blue overcoat, jeans and carrying plastic yellow shopping bags.
