Today, the Clayton County Police Department teamed up with the Sheriff’s Office to execute Sheriff Victor Hill’s “Operation Cape & Cowl”.  This operation targeted wanted fugitives in areas of the county that has experience any type of surge in crime.  17 people with outstanding warrants were arrested during the operation.

Davon Hamilton who had gun related charges thought hiding in the closet would save him from arrest while his friend Marcell Victorino tried to convince Officers and Deputies that he was not home.

As a result, both Hamilton and Victorino are now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
