Seeking witnesses to a traffic collision that occurred on 11/30/17 at 2108 hours in area of Spring/Orange in SH 
On Thursday, November 30, 2017, at approximately 2108 hours, Signal Hill Police Department officers were dispatched to the intersection of Spring Street and Orange Avenue regarding a traffic collision involving three vehicles. An adult female was transported to a nearby hospital with major injuries. The investigation as to the cause of the collision is still ongoing.
