Felony in possession of Firearm and controlled substance
Felony in possession of Firearm and controlled substance 
Last night EPD officers were on a security check at a local restaurant & made contact with Rueben Phill who was on parole for attempt murder. Officer did a compliance check & located a loaded firearm in his waistband & controlled substances in his vehicle.
Since Phill wasn’t in compliance he was arrested. Phill was compliant and taken to jail. All in a night’s work, good job guys.
