Man Who Made Sheriff Victor Hill’s Most Wanted For Videoing Himself Joyriding In A Police Car Turns Himself In. 
The man seeking attention and fame who videotaped himself taking a Clayton County Police car for a joyride has turned himself in. Yesterday, Michael Dion McGlory walked into the Clayton County Jail and surrendered himself to authorities. This was done to avoid riding in the rear of the police car he stole, and meeting Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad in person.
McGlory now realizes that he picked the wrong county, the wrong Police Chief, and the wrong Sheriff to ever try this type of shenanigan again. He is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
