ACCUSED: Kyle A. Terry 27-year-old Male // Neptune, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On November 28th Detective Raheem Carter arrested Kyle Terry in connection with a series of offenses stemming from a theft at Jersey Strong (formerly Work Out World). On multiple occasions beginning on November 13th and continuing through the 26th several lockers at the gym were entered and personal property was stolen.
Further investigation by Detectives Carter and Greg Martone revealed that Terry stole wallets and used the credit cards at various locations in Ocean, Neptune and Tinton Falls. On one of the occasions he removed car keys from a locker then proceeded to the parking lot and burglarized the vehicle and stole personal property.
Terry was charged with four counts of burglary, four counts of theft and 9 counts of credit card related offenses. He was transported to the county jail pending his initial court appearance.
