Sunnyvale, CA. -  On November 22nd, a 46-year-old female stalking victim came to Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety headquarters to report that a male co-worker, 49-year-old Christopher Oicles had been stalking her and was becoming more aggressive with his behavior. A pre-text phone call was made between the victim and Oicles. He admitted to his behavior and wanting to be with her. A meeting was arranged between them where officers arrested him without incident. A consensual search of his residence located several firearms and tactical gear. Oicles was booked into County jail for stalking, attempted kidnapping for rape, possession of an automatic weapon, (2) counts of possession of an assault weapon, manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine.

On November 25th, at approx. 10:00 a.m. a search warrant was served on Oicles' residence in the 1200 block of N. Fair Oaks Ave. The search warrant was for a methaphetamine manufacturing lab seen during the consensual search. The lab was not in operation at the time, so there was no immediate danger to the public. The Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety Hazardous Materials Team removed several containers of household hazardous materials used in the manufacturing. 1.2 grams of finished product was also located.
