* Until 1130 AM PST Thursday
* At 1124 PM PST, radar indicated heavy rain and emergency management officials reported flooding on several of the small rivers flowing off the east and northeast slopes of the Olympic Mountains. Up to three inches of rain has fallen in the last 12 hours. Periods of heavy rain will continue tonight.
* AFFECTED AREAS: JEFFERSON
Instructions:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
