16400-blk Los Gatos Blvd
Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary. The suspects used a vehicle to breach the door to the business. Follow-up is being conducted.

Amanda Ln./Shannon
Arrest: 37 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle. The driver quickly pulled into the driveway of a resident and attempted to hide by reclining the seat. Upon further investigation, it was determined that she was in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe. She was cited and released.

1100-blk Champagne, San Jose
Detectives conducting follow-up on a string of fraudulent checks being cashed at a local merchant made contact with the suspect while serving a search warrant. The suspect was still in possession of the checks and an altered identification. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Royce/N. Santa Cruz
Officers responded to a series of three auto burglaries. The suspects smashed windows of each vehicle and removed personal items. Follow-up is being conducted.

Blossom Hill/Harwood
Arrest: 42 year old male, resident of Tracy
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined that the driver exhibited the objective signs of intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
