* At 356 PM EST, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Heavy rain continues to fall with another two
inches possible. Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause
flash flooding to occur.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Richmond, Connersville, Greenville, Centerville, Cambridge City,
Arcanum, Hagerstown, New Paris, New Madison, Fountain City, Dublin,
Franklin, Webster, Wayne Lakes, Gettysburg, Eldorado, West
