Subject: Press release Breaking and entering suspects in custody

Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on 11/17/17 at 8:15 A.M. his deputies were dispatched to the area of Rainbow Rd and Joseph ST on two breaking and entering suspects attempting to flee from the barn they broke into. Upon arrival, the suspect's vehicle was stuck on the side of a hill. Both a male and female suspect were detained for the breaking and entering. Items from the barn were located inside of the suspect's vehicle. Both suspects were taken into custody and lodged at the Cass County Jail for breaking and entering and trespassing. Names are not being released until the suspect's can be arraigned.

This case is still open and under investigation.
