...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow will continue at 3500 feet and above through Tuesday afternoon, with total accumulations of 7 to 15 inches likely.

* WHERE...The Olympic mountains and Cascades of Snohomish and King Counties. This includes Stevens Pass and the road to Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park. Snoqualmie Pass, at elevation just over 3000 feet, is not expected to have heavy snow.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for difficult driving conditions with reduced visibilities at times. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
