This message is from the Haverhill Water Department and Busby Construction Co. Starting tomorrow November 8th through Friday November 10th, there will be NO ON STREET PARKING along South Williams Street weekdays, from Seven O'clock AM to Five O'clock PM to facilitate the resurfacing of the road.
