10/16/17 WTPD arrested Richard Nebling, age 56, of Washington, NJ, for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/16/17 at approximately 9:53 PM, patrol responded to a report of a dispute at a residence in the 100 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Nebling was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/18/17 WTPD arrested Kenneth Dannuzio, age 42, of Oxford, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Monroe County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Department and outstanding warrants out of Bridgewater Township and Dunellen Borough totaling $2250.00. On 10/18/17 at approximately 4:41 PM, patrol responded to a dispute at the Delta Gas Station, 274 W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Dannuzio was arrested for being an NCIC wanted person and the outstanding warrants. Mr. Dannuzio was processed, charged with being a fugitive from justice out of PA and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/18/17 WTPD arrested Nicholas Colandrea, age 21, of Washington, NJ for possession of CDS marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 10/18/17 at approximately 2:18 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Lambert St. in Washington Borough for improper lamps. Upon the officer’s investigation the driver, Mr. Colandera, was found to be in possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed, charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Colendrea was also issued a motor vehicle summonses for improper lamps, failure to inspect, open container of an alcoholic beverage and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. He was released with a mandatory court date.

10/23/17 WTPD arrested Christopher Polera, age 18, of Washington, NJ for simple assault and disorderly conduct. On 10/23/17 at approximately 11:18 PM, patrol responded to a dispute at the Quick Chek, 350 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Polera was arrested for simple assault and disorderly conduct. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/24/17 WTPD arrested Andrew Carlberg, age 23, of Washington, NJ for criminal mischief simple and disorderly conduct. On 10/24/17 at approximately 11:32 PM, patrol responded to a suspicious person damaging an electric outlet cover on a business in the first block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival Mr. Carlberg was located and the officer’s investigation resulted in his arrest for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/26/17 WTPD arrested John Doncer Jr., age 69, of Washington, NJ for a $2000.00 outstanding warrant out of Irvington Township. On 10/26/17 at approximately 9:41 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for speeding. The officer’s investigation revealed that the operator, Mr. Doncer, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was processed and issued a motor vehicle summons for speeding and released with a new court date.
