#008 Stolen Vehicle
CSO Goralczyk investigated the theft of a red 2014 Chevy Camero (CA Lic #7NOS811) that was stolen during the night on Yorktown Rd.

#010 Stolen Vehicle and Trailer
CSO Ernst investigated the theft of a truck with a trailer attached that occurred during the night in the Best Western Hotel parking lot at 5400 Mowry Ave.  The truck was a white 2006 Ford F450 double cab (CA Lic #30445L1) with “REI” stickers on both doors, a white ladder rack and side tool boxes.  The trailer was a black 2015 TNT automatic dump trailer (Ca Lic #4PA6369).

IH#17125458 Outside Assist
A reporting party called 9-1-1 when she struck a gas line with her vehicle at the Camden Village Apartments.  Fremont Fire requested officers to close Camden St in both directions until they could close the gas line.  FFD was able to close the gas line in a short amount of time.  PG&E responded and obtained the drivers information for their report.

#022 Stolen Motorcycle
A 1999 blue Yamaha motorcycle (CA Lic #19T6873) was taken from the 30000 block of Paseo Padre Pkwy.  It was taken sometime between 3 p.m. on 10/26 and 3 a.m. on 3/27 from a parking lot.

#050 Auto Burglary
At 10:58 p.m. officers responded to investigate an auto burglary.  Two suspects broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole a backpack from 46900 block of Warm Springs Blvd.  The suspects were described as Black male adults in their 20’s and were driving a red SUV with paper plates.

#021 Stolen Vehicle
At 6:00 p.m., a reporting party called 9-1-1 after he saw two suspects steal his 1992 red Honda Civic hatchback (CA lic. #3CAV998).  Both suspects were described as Hispanic males in their 30’s.  One suspect drove away in the victim’s Honda and the other suspect drove away in an older beige Acura Integra.  Case investigated by Officer Vucurevich.

#022 POublic Intoxication Arrest
At 5:53 p.m., a caller reported there was a woman passed out in a vehicle at the intersection of Cedarwood Dr. and Delaware Dr.  The caller stated she was passed out, with the door open while holding a bottle of wine.  Officers arrived and located the vehicle legally parked along the curb.  Officers got the attention of the female, who could not answer their questions or stand up.  She said she had been drinking most of the day and was trying to sleep.  Officers located one half full bottle of wine in the center consule and two additional empty wine bottles in the back seat of the vehicle.   Officers could not locate the keys to the vehicle.  They transported the 37 year old female to Santa Rita Jail where she was booked on charges of public intoxication. 

#029 Carjacking
At approximately 11:36 p.m., a victim advised dispatch that a suspect pointed a gun at him and stole his vehicle (2001 Audi A6, dark blue, and license #4NHE404) from a parking lot located near the corner of Beacon Ave and Fremont Blvd.  A witness observed the suspect flee northbound onto Fremont Blvd.  They also advised that a second suspect, possibly a female, fled in a red vehicle.
Suspect #1 – Black male adult, 6’5”, black jacket, white mask, armed with a handgun.

#005 Possession of a Controlled Substance
At 2:28 a.m., officers responded to the area of Mission/Cadencia St for a motorist who had been slumped over the steering wheel for 30 minutes.  Officer Latimer contacted a 41 year old adult male, Fremont resident and arrested him for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant.

#020 Residential Burglary
CSO Wilske investigated a residential burglary in the 2900 block of Sequoia Terrace.  Management reported having trouble with transients breaking into vacant apartments and leaving behind garbage and damage.

#021 Arson
Officer Perry and CSI Gaziano investigated a possible arson at Maloney Elementary School.  Several juveniles were seen on the roof and set fire to a bag of pine needles causing minor paint damage.  No suspect leads.

#025 Residential Burglary
CSO Wilske investigated a residential burglary on Nelson Street.  Occurred 10/28/17 between 4:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.   Point of entry was a bedroom window by prying and force.  Bedrooms were ransacked.  Loss was jewelry.

#020 Robbery
At 2:29 p.m., Safeway (Warm Springs) loss prevention officers attempted to detain two suspects who had just committed a petty theft.  Suspect #1 was able to get into their car.  Loss prevention tried to detain suspect #2, but he resisted.  Suspect #1 drove the vehicle towards the loss prevention officers and she abruptly accelerated towards them in an attempt to have them release suspect #2.  At some point, Suspect #1 struck and ran over the foot of one of the loss prevention officers. Suspect #2 got into the vehicle and they fled.  Loss prevention was able to obtain the license plate number and the vehicle description.  Officer Franchi located the suspect vehicle northbound I880.  When he had sufficient units, a felony car stop was initiated.  The driver pulled over and both suspects were arrested after an in-field.  Arrested for robbery were (S1) a 30 year old adult female, Fremont resident and (S2) a 26 year old adult male, Fremont resident.

#021 Robbery
A suspect walked into the Goodwill store and changed out his clothes for a set of newer ones.  An employee confronted him and the suspect started to kick and break the glass displays.  Officers arrived but they did not locate the suspect.  At approximately 5:18 p.m., Sgt. Ehling located a possible suspect.  An in-field was conducted and the 37 year old adult male, Berkeley resident was positively identified.  Officer Perry took custody of the suspect and transported him to FPD jail. 

#032 Auto Burglary
A victim in the 46000 block of Warm Springs Blvd left his car for 30 minutes and when he returned to it, he saw the rear hatchback window broke.  A duffel bag, medium size suitcase and a Mac laptop was taken.  Total loss is estimated at $1820.00   Case investigated by CSO Wilske.

#035, 037, 038 Auto Burglaries
Swing shift took 3 Auto Burglary reports – Two from In-N-Out Burger at Pacific Commons and one from 46900 block of Warm Springs Bl.  No suspect descriptions at this time.

#002 Robbery
At 1:14 a.m., a male suspect entered a gas station in the 5500 block of Auto Mall Pkwy, pointed a gun at the clerk, and ordered him to lay down.  The suspect stole cigarettes valued at approximately $1500 and fled on foot.
Suspect Description:  Black male adult, 40’s, wearing black clothing and a red bandana over his face.  Armed with a handgun.
