Missing Person at Risk
On 10/25/17, Basilio CASILLAS left on the
Grossmont Trolley towards the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. CASILLAS is a dementia patient and was last missing approximately one week ago, when he was located at the San Ysidro Border
Crossing. CASILLAS frequents Linda’s Donuts in Pacific Beach. CASILLAS also walks with a cane.
CASILLAS has also been recently seen in the area of Fairmount Avenue and El Cajon Boulevard, in the City of San Diego. Any sightings of CASILLAS, please contact the La Mesa Police
