Water St. closed 10/27 3-5pm 
Good afternoon folks,
The 1 way portion of Water St. will be closed tomorrow 10/27 from 3-5pm for the annual downtown trick or treating event. We ask that all vehicles be removed from this portion of Water St, by 3pm at the latest or your vehicle will be ticketed. Our Safety Officer will be putting temporary signs up tomorrow along this portion to remind you. If you routinely travel down Water St. during this time, please plan on taking an alternative route. Lastly, put your best costume on and come on down and get some candy! We look forward to see how creative you can be.
