Good Thursday morning! The following are calls for service and activities for the Sheriff’s Office for Wednesday, 10/25/17.
-6800 blk Maine Rd, Anton: Investigation Follow-up. Deputies collected more information related to a reported burglary at a residence in the area. The matter is still under investigation.
-700 blk Park, Sundown: Assist Agency. Deputies were requested to assist with a civil issue related to children. During the call, one individual was found to be in violation of a protective order and was taken into custody by Sundown PD. Sundown PD is working the offense. One individual was transported to the jail.
Deputies conducted close patrols/vacation watches, patrols throughout the county, investigative follow-up activities, and civil process service.
Jail population as of 10/26/17 at 0800 hours: 50 in Hockley County, 1 to be processed, 13 out of county.
