- PLAN YOUR ROUTE, LET FAMILY KNOW YOUR ROUTE
- LET YOUR PARENTS CHECK YOUR CANDY BEFORE EATING
- BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF STRANGERS
- ACCEPT TREATS ONLY IN THE DOORWAY OF HOUSES
- VISIT ONLY HOUSES WITH THE LIGHTS ON!
- WALK ON SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS
- HAVE A CELL PHONE WITH YOU, IF POSSIBLE
- IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY, CALL 911!
- ALWAYS CARRY A FLASHLIGHT!
