Slurry Seal on City of Tehachapi Roads, throughout the week several roads will receive a Slurry Seal causing minor delays to those roads 
The Slurry Sealing Roads Project will take place during the week of October 23-27 and will cause minor traffic delays on those roads. Traffic controls, including the use of pilot cars will be used to increase safety.
Parents of students at Tompkins Elementary, Jacobsen Middle School & Tehachapi High School should allow for extra time to pick and drop off their students.
The sealing project will move from road to road throughout the week on the following streets.
Mountain View Avenue from Valley Blvd. to Tehachapi Blvd.
Curry Street from Pinon Street to Tehachapi Blvd.
Dennison Road from Pinon Street to Valley Blvd.
Tehachapi Blvd. from Steuber Road to Hayes
Tucker Road from Cherry Lane to Highline Road
