10/13/17 - 5:33 p.m. - Police responded to Central Bank of St. Louis, on East Washington, for two males attempting to cash suspicious checks. The officers took the suspects into custody, and an investigation continued into the following day. Upon presenting the case to the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office charges were issued. Donald Simon, age 47, and Timothy T. Farr, age 38, both of St. Louis, Missouri, were charged with one count of Forgery. Their bond was set at $10,000.
