ACCUSED: Brady Taylor 41-year-old Male // Beachwood, NJ
Kasey Burket 39-year-old Female // Manahawkin, NJ

NARRATIVE:
On October 18th, 2017 at approximately 1:23 pm Detective Michael Legg was in the area of 807 Deal Road, the 7-Eleven when he observed suspicious activity. Based on his observations Legg approached the suspect vehicle which was occupied by a passenger later identified as Kasey Burket.

Further investigation revealed that Burket was in possession of crack cocaine and was placed under arrest. The driver later identified as Brady Taylor was also arrested on drug related charges and both were transported to the station for processing.

Taylor was charged with possession of crack cocaine, hypodermic syringe, drug paraphernalia and wandering for the purpose to obtain drugs. He was released on a summons pending a future court appearance. Burket was charged with possession of crack cocaine, hypodermic syringe, drug paraphernalia and wandering for the purpose to obtain drugs. She also provided false information in an effort to avoid being arrested as she was a fugitive of justice from the state of New York. Burket was lodged at the county jail pending her initial court appearance.
