Road Closure-S 8th Street (between Virginia Ave & New Jersey Ave) will be closed starting October 20th, 2017. 
South 8th Street will be closed between Virginia Avenue and New Jersey Avenue beginning October 20, 2017 for utility construction on South 8th Street. This section of South 8th Street is expected to be closed until October 27, 2017. The intersections of South 8th Street and Virginia Avenue and South 8th Street and New Jersey Avenue will remain open to eastbound and westbound traffic.
