A power outage occurred in the area of Pennsylvania Ave. & 4th St. in Richmond. Situation being fixed. 
There was a power outage today from 1050 – 1250 hours affecting 6500 customers. The outage was caused by a downed powerline on Pennsylvania Ave. and 4th St. in Richmond. PG&E has temporarily repaired the powerline, however they anticipate a future interruption of service to make permanent repairs. There is currently no specific date or timeframe for the repair.
