New Harmony woman arrested on Residential Entry charge. 
On October 15, 2017, at 12:14 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a possible burglary in progress in the 700 block of Iroquois Drive in Fort Branch, Indiana. Upon arriving in the area officers found 34 year old Chiffonne Puckett inside the caller’s unattached garage. Deputy Jennifer Loesch placed Ms. Puckett into custody and transported her to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Residential Entry. She remains in custody on a $750 bond.
Assisting Deputy Loesch in her investigation was Rodger Leister with the Owensville Police Department and William Dehart of the Fort Branch Police Department.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
