Due to a power outage in the area of Lark Ave. and Highway 17 several traffic signal lights on Lark Ave. from Los Gatos Blvd. to Garden Hill Rd. are on flashing red. Expect vehicle traffic delays and proceed with caution. PG&E is on scene working to restore the power as soon as possible.
