* Until 1045 AM CDT
* At 740 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar indicates that as much as 2 to 3 inches of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fairfield, Wayne City, Cisne, Dahlgren, Jeffersonville, Belle Rive, Sims, Mount Erie, Keenes, Johnsonville and Belle Prairie City. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HAMILTON ... JEFFERSON ... WAYNE
