Disabled Truck on Moraga Road going into Moraga. 
A big-rig truck has become disabled while climbing the hill into Moraga on Moraga Road. The truck is blocking a lane and LPD has established one-way traffic control in the area. Expect significant delays in the area, so consider an alternate route. We hope to have the roadway opened within two hours. If the delay extends beyond two hours a second Nixle will be sent.
