9/22 – 12:12 a.m. – Police were dispatched to the Columbus Club, on West Oak Street, in reference to removing an intoxicated subject. Upon investigating they found the subject was wanted on a St. Clair County DUI warrant. While attempting to handcuff the suspect, he resisted arrest. The suspect had to be transported to a local hospital, due to his intoxication level. The subject was released from the hospital, prior to the police department being notified. A charge of Resisting a Peace Officer will be charged against the subject, once he is located.
