9/21 – 2:20 a.m. – Police received a report of a reckless driver coming in on South Jefferson Avenue. Police stopped the vehicle in the 800 block of S. Jefferson. Carmelo Cervantes-Chavoya, age 44 of Fairmont City, was charged with Operation Uninsured Vehicle, No Valid Driver’s License, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and No Valid Registration.
