09/22/17 WTPD arrested Jason Bissett, age 41, of Washington, NJ for simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Mr. Bissett was processed and lodged in the WC jail.

09/22/17 WTPD arrested Kimberly Batcha, age 46, of Washington, NJ for simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Ms. Batcha was processed and lodged in the WC jail.

09/24/17 WTPD arrested Richard Nebling, age 56, of Washington NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and being an NCIC wanted person out of the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office. On 09/24/17 at approximately 4:17 PM, patrol responded to Scotty’s Stadium Club, 15 Belvidere Ave, in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Nebling was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and found to have an active NCIC warrant for his arrest. Mr. Nebling was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

09/25/17 WTPD arrested Genevie Sarra, age 38, of Washington, NJ and Nathan Pendrak, age 36, of Clifton, NJ. On 09/25/17 at approximately 4:51 PM, patrol responded to a welfare check of a female staggering in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Sarra was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date. Mr. Pendrak was found to be an NCIC wanted person out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Pendrak was additionally charged with possession of hypodermic needles and theft of moveable property. Mr. Pendrak was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

09/25/17 WTPD arrested Genevie Sarra, age 38, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 09/25/17 at approximately 6:28 PM patrol responded to a residence in the 50 block of Marble St. in Washington Borough for a noise complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Sarra was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/26/2017 WTPD arrested Arthur Koch, age 60, of Annandale, NJ for maintaining a nuisance. On 09/26/17 at approximately 4:15 PM, patrol responded to McDonald’s, 461 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a disorderly person inside the restaurant. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Koch had left the scene prior to patrols arrival. He was later issued a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance and a trespass warning at the request of the McDonald’s management.

09/26/2017 WTPD arrested Trajan Paskoski, age 65, of Budd Lake, NJ for maintaining a nuisance. On 09/26/17 at approximately 5:42 PM, patrol responded to a residential fire alarm in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. After patrol cleared, the Washington Fire Department requested that patrol return for a dispute between fire officials and the building’s landlord, Mr. Paskoski. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Paskoski was arrested and charged with maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/27/17 WTPD arrested Matthew Tucker, age 28, of Little River, SC for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a $500.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township. On 09/27/17 at approximately 3:44 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Jackson Valley Rd. in Washington Township for a cracked windshield. The officer’s investigation revealed the outstanding warrant that resulted in Mr. Tucker’s arrest. Mr. Tucker was additionally charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued a motor vehicle summons for safety glass. Mr. Tucker was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

09/28/17 WTPD arrested Nicholais Cruz, age 22, of Paterson, NJ and Isiah Cruz, age 18, of Clifton, NJ for outstanding warrants. On 09/28/17 at approximately 9:59 AM, patrol was clearing from an emergency squad call in the 20 block of Johnston St. in Washington Borough when the officer observed a box truck operated by Nicholais Cruz improperly parked and obstructing the ambulance. The officer’s investigation revealed that Nicholias Cruz was suspended and had a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Hanover Township. He was arrested, processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for driving with a suspended driver’s license, obstruction of traffic and improper parking. He was released with a new court date. His passenger, Isiah Cruz, was also found to have a $1500.00 warrant out of the City of Clifton. He too was processed and released with a new court date.

09/29/17 WTPD arrested Dale Zairo , age 56, and Zachary Oliver, age 18, both of Washington, NJ for simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 09/29/17 at approximately 5:44 PM, patrol responded to a fight in the 40 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, both men were arrested for simple assault, disorderly conduct and local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with mandatory court dates.

On Sunday 10/10/17 at 12:19 AM WTPD officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Rte. 31 N. at Jackson Valley Rd. in Washington Township. As a result of the accident the driver of one vehicle, Amy Whitmore, age 47, of Glen Gardner, NJ and her two juvenile passengers were transported to Hunterdon Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the other vehicle, Ryan Winterseen, age 28, of Washington, NJ was uninjured. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Winterseen’s arrest for (DWI). He had a BAC of .11%. Mr. Winterseen was charged with failure to maintain lanes, careless driving, open container of an alcoholic beverage, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicles and (DWI). He was processed and released with a mandatory court date. The Washington Township police were assisted at the scene by the Washington Township Fire Department, Washington and Oxford Emergency Squads, the NJ Department of Transportation / NJSP Traffic Diversion Unit and the Warren County SCART.
