AVOID southbound US23 at North Territorial beginning Sunday at 8pm for complete road closure. 
Beginning Sunday at 8pm, the southbound lanes of US23 will be closed at North Territorial. Traffic will be routed off the freeway at North Territorial and will continue south onto Whitmore Lake Rd /Barton. SB US23 will reopen sometime Monday morning, time to be determined. Please avoid this area if possible or expect lengthy delays if you must use this route.
