#003 Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Paraphernalia and Warrants
Officers were dispatched to the Extended Stay on Farwell Dr. on the report of a male creating a disturbance.  The male was found to be on probation with a search clause.  When Officers Gallagher, Officer San Luis, and FTO B. Smith knocked on the hotel room door the male answered the door, while holding a small knife.  He attempted to close the door on the officers.  Officers took note of the small knife and guided him to the ground.  The 54 year old adult male was arrested for several drug violations and outstanding warrants.  He was taken to Santa Rita.

#006, #007 Complaint of Pain Collision
At approximately 8:30 a.m., Officer Tucker and Haugh investigated a complaint of pain accident at Walnut/Paseo Padre where one of the occupants was found to be a missing person from Hayward.

#033 Stolen Vehicle
Officer Hartman located a stolen Nissan pickup truck on Mission Blvd near Washington Blvd.  Once sufficient units arrived, a felony car stop was initiated. The driver pulled over and three subjects inside the truck were arrested.  Arrested for theft of a vehicle were three males ranging from 27-29 years of age.  A 29 year old was also arrested for his no bail warrant for domestic violence.

#049 Suspended Driver’s License
Officer Higgins conducted a traffic stop and arrested/cited a 58 year old adult male for driving on a suspended license. 

#035, #046 Felony Warrant Arrest, Felony Evasion and Resisting Arrest
Officers arrested a 24 year old male after leading officers on a vehicle pursuit in two different areas of Fremont.  Officers are also investigating additional recent crimes that have occurred in Fremont of which he is a suspect.  Refer to the Tuesday evening Nixle message that was sent out with further details regarding the incident.

#040 Residential Burglary
38000 block of Aurora Ter.  Entry through garage.  Stolen was a black/green Schwinn mountain bike.  Investigated by CSO Wilske

38000 block of Aurora Ter.  Entry through garage.  Stolen was a black and decker power drill.  Investigated by CSO Wilske

#043 Identity Theft and Warrant Arrest
At 5:44 p.m., loss prevention at Fry’s Electronics called FPD to advise they had a male trying to buy a Mac Book Pro with a temporary Fry’s credit card, but his ID picture didn’t match.  As officers were arriving on scene, loss prevention advised the male was walking to the front door.  Officers contact the male and based on their investigation, a 31 year old was arrested for identity theft and his active misdemeanor warrants for petty theft, possession of a controlled substance and for falsely identifying himself to a peace officer 

#047 Commercial Burglary
A commercial burglary occurred on 10/3/17 between 12:25 a.m. – 1:30 a.m., in the 4000 block of Thornton Ave.  A suspect shattered a window and entered the business.  The suspect damaged the Lotto machine by pulling the panels off and drank a beverage before leaving.  The suspect is described as a black male, late 20’s, skinny build, 5-09, 120 lbs and he had a short hairstyle.  Case investigated by CSO Wilske.

#048 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
At 9:12 p.m., a reporting party called 9-1-1 after an unknown male knocked on his door claiming someone was threatening his life.  Officers arrive on scene and locate the male.  The 32 year old was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance and subsequently arrested.  

#053 Auto Burglary
At 11:32 p.m.,  officers took an auto burglary report in the 43300 block of Pacific Commons Blvd.   The incident occurred sometime between 9 – 11:30 p.m.

#001 Identity Theft, Resisting Arrest 
At 1:35 a.m., Officer Floresca conducted a stop on a male bicyclist near Grimmer and Valpey Park.  Once his probation status was known, he decided to flee on his bicycle into the neighborhood.  Officers lost sight of him near Seneca and Deauville Park.  A perimeter was quickly established and a yard search ensued with K9 Laz.  The 32 year old was located in a rear yard but jumped a fence prior to being apprehended.  However, he did surrender to perimeter officers and was found to be in possession of multiple pieces of other people’s mail and other identity theft property.  He was arrested on several fraud charges, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, loitering and for his probation violation.
