What: Assault

Where: 4000 block of Blue Bonnet
On 09/30/2017, at approximately 9:30 am , deputy was flagged down in the 4000 block of Blue Bonnet by a female complainant in reference to a Assault. The complainant stated at 9:20 am an unidentified black male subject grabbed her buttock without consent as she was shopping in the Walgreen’s store located at 8413 Stella Link. The complainant described the suspect as a bald black male, approximately 25 years old, 6’03 height, 220-230 lbs., tattoos on both arms. Possibly intoxicated on an unknown substance. Photos and video disk were obtained from the store manager. Store employees stated he goes by the name “Cecil”. The area was checked with negative results. Deputies are working with local businesses in the area to locate the suspect. An HPD report has been filed.
