Lack of rain the past 4 to 6 weeks has resulted in significant
drying of fuels across the region. Sustained winds of 15 mph with
gusts up to 30 mph are expected today with minimum relative
humidities between 25 and 30 percent. These conditions will lead
to elevated fire weather conditions today which could result in
increased fire spread with any fires that develop.
