On 8/25/17, Sheboygan Police responded to a disturbance at a private residence in 1900 block of North 12th Street in Sheboygan.  As a result of the ongoing investigation, Sheboygan Police are treating the incident as a robbery and have identified a Sheboygan man as a  suspect.  Jalen M. Ringel 25 years of age. (See attached photo.) The suspects and victim are known to each other and this is not a random act.  The investigation is ongoing and additional details are not being released at this time.
