San Rafael Police and San Rafael Fire are on scene for a working grass fire on San Rafael Hill. We recommend avoiding are above Boyd Park ,Tampa Drive and Graceland until San Rafael Fire clears the scene.

All roads affected by the earlier fire are now open and can be accessible to the public.
