Theft of Property
Investigators of the Jackson Police Department are investigating a Theft of Property from Wal-Mart, 2196 Emporium Drive. The Jackson Police Department needs the public’s assistance identifying this person of interest.
On September 5th, an unidentified, dark skinned black male wearing blue jeans and a red long sleeve shirt with a logo that said “Elite Contractor” is captured on surveillance video trying on a new pair of boots and leaving the store before rendering payment. This person placed the shoes he was wearing into the shoe box and left the store wearing the new shoes. He was last observed leaving in a work style pick-up with an extended cab. The truck had a white cab and black bed and had the possible name “Elite Contractor” on the passenger side door.
