#014 Auto Burglary
An auto burglary occurred in a parking lot on Ice House Tr. at approximately 10:30 a.m.  The suspect cut a lock off of a trailer containing landscape equipment taking hedge trimmers and weed whackers.  The suspect fled in a gold Chevy Trailblazer last seen on Ice House Tr.  No suspect description was available and the case is being investigated by Officer Tucker.

#026 Vandalism
A reporting party called FPD to report that he saw a male subject spray painting graffiti in the neighborhood.  He provided a description and where he last saw the subject walking.  Officer J. Kennedy arrived on scene and located a male who was similar in description.  The male turned out to be a 13 year old juvenile who he had been in contact with earlier in the shift.  It was determined the 13 year old was responsible for the graffiti.  The graffiti was gang related and he had tagged fences and walls throughout his neighborhood.  Officer Kennedy and Officer Perry located 12 victims who wanted to press charges.  The juvenile was transported to FPD jail for processing and then released to a parent.

#027 Petty Theft 
At 4:57 p.m., loss prevention at a grocery store located in the 46800 block of Mission Blvd. detained a 56 year old adult male for petty theft.  Officers arrived and took custody of the suspect.  Further investigation by Officer Gigliotti resulted in additional charges of misappropriation of found property, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of his probation.  He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.

#033 Shoplifting
At 8:50 p.m., loss prevention at a grocery store located in the 46800 block of Mission Blvd. detained a 48 year old adult female for stealing approximately $195.00 in items.  The female had exited the store with a grocery cart full of items without attempting to pay for any of the items.  Once she exited the store, she started to run through the parking lot.  She was caught and brought back to the store.  Officers arrived and took custody of Gover who also had an active felony warrant for fraud.  Case investigated by Ofc. Gigliotti.

#002 Outside Assist
FFD requested our assistance at a vehicle fire near the tracks on Shinn.  They did not have an arson investigator available so Officer De Stefano and CSI O’Neal responded to assist.  A motorhome was burned approximately 20 yards from the tracks.  UPRR was notified.
