Peter Skrzypczak 20-year-old Male // Ridgewood, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On Saturday, September 16th, 2017 at 4:40pm police responded to the area of Elberon Boulevard for a report of noise complaint of a loud party. Upon arrival, Police Officer John Goncalves encountered several subjects on the property consuming alcoholic beverages.
Further investigation revealed that twenty two partygoers were consuming alcohol under the legal age. They were issued Township Ordinance violations for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages. The hosts of the party, Diego Martinez and Peter Skrzypczak were arrested and charged with providing alcohol to persons under the legal age, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were released on criminal summonses pending a future court appearance.
