Atlanta New Earth Festival, September 23 and 24. Expect Increased Traffic Throughout Northern Hamilton County 
The annual Atlanta New Earth Festival takes place this weekend, September 23 and 24. A large influx of traffic is typical during the festival so watch for congestion and allow for extra travel time if driving along State Road 19 or 296th Street this weekend. Many local streets will be closed during festival hours on Saturday and Sunday. Sheriff's Office deputies will be in the area to assist with traffic as well as to provide security during the event.
Make sure to stop by the Sheriff's Office booth at the New Earth Festival. Along with information and other items, the Indiana Sheriff's Youth Ranch will be selling raffle tickets for their truck.
