9/11 – 9:10 a.m – Police responded to a domestic violence incident on West White Street. The incident was between a male and female who reside together. The female was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Millstadt EMS responded to treat the male for a minor injury. On 9/12 the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s charged the suspect, Patricia D. Seets age 48 of Millstadt, with Domestic Battery, for making contact of an insulting or provoking nature, in that she threw a robotic arm at the victim. Her bond was set at $5,000.
